Ark Residency, Pachmarhi

My recent stay at Ark Residency was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, I was told that they had not received my booking confirmation from the website, even though they had confirmed they were sold out. I ended up paying a much higher tariff than what was listed online. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired, and I couldn't get hot water after 3 PM, which was very inconvenient.
